Glowing good health
So post easter I got broken. See two posts below. I've found another doctor locally. Who really seemed concerned, wants me to keep an eye on myself & my diet, and with winter being my bad skin getting broken season, to take the steroids only if necessary to prevent escalation. To always have the drugs not too far from reach. Moderation is key. I'm trying REALLY hard. This time for sure. I must grow up, accept my luck is fragile skin & allergies and take steps to prevent as much that is preventable.
So diet wise, I'm very much on dairy free, gluten & wheat free. Also, much as it pains me, keeping my sugar & yeast levels low low & low. I'm keeping anything exotic like spices to a minimum. Lot's of home cooking for me. Which is fine, I do like cooking & it's winter around the corner, so keeping warm by my stove will just have to be my hobby.

It is hard to accept at first, but once you do your life can only get better!!
It's hard to change a habit, but I know you can do it. Remember why you're doing it and get back on the wagon when you fall off. And don't forget to take care of yourself in other ways if you can't eat a whole cake :)
